Access to Adobe Creative Cloud During School Closures
As education institutions face physical campus closures and move to online learning in response to COVID-19, Adobe wants to ensure that students and educators can continue working and learning remotely.
Effective immediately, customers who currently make Adobe Creative Cloud apps available to students through on-campus labs, can request temporary “at-home” access for their students and educators. This access will be granted through May 31, 2020 at no additional cost.
As the IT Administrator for your institution, please follow these simple steps and get your students and faculty connected today.
Request access for work-at-home for current device-license labs and users.
  1. Review the offer details and eligibility requirements.
  2. Before requesting access with the Adobe HelpX form, please set up your identity in the Adobe admin console. For quick video instructions, reference our video bytes:

  3. Still have questions? Contact an Adobe Deployment Specialist at adobedeployment@dstewart.com. They will walk you through the steps for access. As a device license customer, there are a few simple steps to complete prior to requesting temporary access from Adobe.
